Turnaround Time is 2 Business Weeks with 50% Deposit Due Before Project Commencement and other 50% issues upon services rendered of Garment to delivery

All Design Fees are non-negotiable. An order must be placed and an order ID number issued before our designers will start the design process. An email, phone call, or fax in no way constitutes that an order was placed. Only design jobs placed through our online ordering system will be accepted. If you are not completely satisfied with the proofs our designers provide then we will reimburse the design fee amount minus a service fee of 50%for time rendered. Under no circumstances are clients to sit with designers through the design process.
